1. Job Purpose & Scope
The position will be responsible for the overall plant technical aspect as follows:
Lead engineering team to ensure department’s Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) are compliant to local legislation and Company’s guidelines. Ensure equipment, projects, tasks are planned and executed to adhere to local regulation and Company’s guidelines. Plant equipment maintenance and not limited to such as Preventive maintenance system planning, implementation and monitoring, propose, lead and implement plant’s related investment/project/task as assigned by FOM, plan, motivate, develop and train engineering team. lead and support factory to achieve its set goals. Lead by example to uphold the SHE, Quality and Standards of the organization.
