Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Reports to: Plant Manager

Job Purpose: To manage the process of Product and Tooling design / development & quoting of new/existing Customer components. 
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Lead and develop engineering team to:

Support the Production process (internal customer design change requests)

Support the Sales process through accurate quoting processes

Represent the best interest of Brawo Lofthouse during on or off-site customer or supplier visits.

Collaborate with toolroom personnel (dxf's, grinding templates, drawing / CAD model updates, Parasolid files)

Maintain best practices in document control for all electronic drawings and CAD files, reference standards, PDM, GD&T, engineer calculations and JD Edwards part number creation, BOM’s and Routers

Lead strategic and technical oversight with a continuous improvement mindset to improve lead-times, red...
