We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our new manufacturing facility in Senai. This unique opportunity is to lead factory start‑up efforts, build and develop a high‑performing engineering team, and drive the successful transfer and ramp‑up of production lines.

You will be at the heart of establishing world‑class manufacturing operations, working closely with regional and global teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and scalable production.
