**About the Role**
Uber Reserve Shopping Experience Team is responsible for building new rider experience features for Reserve booking funnel, and driving growth for Reserve trips. The Engineering Manager II would be responsible for leading a full stack team of 8-10 engineers at various levels to define technical strategy, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve complex business problems at scale.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
+ Setting and refining the engineering vision for this team and collaborating with product management to build best in class systems
+ Building, mentoring and managing a strong and high-impact team
+ Managing a team of backend engineers working on highly complex and distributed systems like Matching, Driver Pricing, Fares
+ Collaborating with stakeholders in other teams like Dispatch Core and Dispatch Experience to grow Reserve Product
