Engineering Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta (with travel as required). In office.

Position Purpose

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, development, and performance of MSCP's Engineering Node. This role ensures engineering activities support the effective flow of work throughout the organization by providing timely, practical, and high-quality engineering solutions that enable manufacturing, project execution, field operations, and business growth. This is a working leadership position. In addition to leading engineering personnel and managing engineering resources, the Engineering Manager is expected to actively contribute to engineering design, technical problem‑solving, project support, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
