Job Description

What you will enjoy doing
Your role will involve actively leading and supporting both preventative and reactive maintenance activities within the plant. The primary objective is to minimize downtime and ensure high operational efficiency across the profit centers, while also ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out within the assigned budget, Further tasks include the following:
Daily meeting with team before work

Oversee preventive maintenance and the repair of machines/molds

Oversee machine/ mold trouble shooting

Daily meeting with another department

Oversee Engineering office report, email and documentation

Train people on machine maintenance and repair

Ensure that he and his team attend fire escape training, food safety, 5S training and other

mandatory trainings in the plant

Ensure that he and his team attend skill and knowledge improvement...
