Engineering Manager, TikTok Channel Integration

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join Smartly’s Media Engineering group to lead the team responsible for developing Smartly’s existing TikTok product. The team designs, builds and maintains the integration in close partnership with TikTok’s representatives. The main technologies used by the team include:

• Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes
• React for core UI workflows
• Seamless integrations with the broader Smartly infrastructure

As an Engineering Manager, your role is to ensure the team delivers the right things at the right time with high quality and clarity of purpose.

• Lead and facilitate an autonomous Fullstack team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of channel integration.
