Job Description
Position Summary
Oversees engineering and drafting resources to ensure effective coordination of design activities and technical services. Works closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to support new product development as well as continuous improvement of existing product lines within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all engineering and design activities related to maintaining existing products and developing new ones.
- Plan and guide future product development initiatives to improve performance and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
