Engineering & Planning Manager

PROPAV is seeking an Engineering & Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and control of the design and construction project for the Pemba Island International Airport in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

The Pemba Island International Airport project is currently in its initial phase, with construction works scheduled to commence immediately. The project includes the construction of airport infrastructure and roads.

The Engineering & Planning Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Client, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), and various corporate departments, ensuring compliance with the project's technical, contractual, financial, and operational requirements.
