Engineering Specialist/Expert_ HC

This is a combined role of both R&D engineering and product quality expert.  

Systematically collect customer demands and inputs for product, develop competitive OEM product concept and product specification together with product manager and purchasing. 

Translate product requirements from product management into technical language and specifications.  

Conduct relevant product benchmarking to support the sourcing process. 

Conduct problem solving for product development technical bottlenecks.  

Set up product quality and reliability test plan. Validate the execution of the test plan.
