- Leading and coordinating shift engineers
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Driving engineering standards and uptime
- Prioritising breakdowns and engineering workload
- Supporting apprentices and developing engineers
- Working closely with production teamsManaging contractor activity on site
