Engineering Technician

Performs routine janitorial duties and oversee or perform all preventative and corrective maintenance. Inspections of grounds and buildings. Support project manager, order janitorial supplies. Responds to after hour and weekend emergencies. 4 + years building maintenance experience. Heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, sewer, fire sprinklers system and low voltage experience preferred.
