Engineer/Senior Technical Officer

Job Description Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio. Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations. Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance. Ensure operational plans remain current, relevant, and on target. Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved or exceeded. Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors. Review backlogged work orders to ensure timely completion. Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and approve invoices for completed works. Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries. Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience
Requirements Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Facilities Management or its equivalent. Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field Quality Assurance / Quality Check experience will be an advantage.
