Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting – Mitsubishi, Keyence PLCs.
- Welding Shop Maintenance – Spot & MIG welding machines, Robot maintenance (Fanuc).
- Press Shop Maintenance – Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses (H&F, AIDA, ISGEC).
- Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimum downtime and smooth operation.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and technical documentation.
