English Editor (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Position

We are seeking an experienced Editor to join our English Editorial Team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This role is central to elevating overall content quality, ensuring strategic alignment, and maintaining message consistency across all client deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Take direct briefs from account teams, ensuring a deep understanding of client objectives to minimise rework.
• Edit, refine, and improve first drafts of various content types, including PRLs and media announcements.
• Draft more complex content from scratch, such as op‑ed pieces, speeches, and multi‑media scripts.
• Act as a primary content quality checkpoint for assigned accounts, upholding high standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to Junior Editors and account team members on their writing.
• Actively participate in project kick‑offs and strategy discussions where content is a central element.
