Summary About the Position: This position is located at: Department of War Education Activity, DoWEA Americas, Americas Mid-Atlantic District, Antilles High School, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. This is an ARMY JROTC position. The Army Instructor will receive Minimum Instructor Pay (MIP).Enlisted Instructor (E-9) will be placed at a Grade Level 10. Enlisted Instructor (E-8 or below) will be placed at a Grade Level 09. Again, the Army Instructor will receive Minimum Instructor Pay (MIP).
