Enrolled Nurse - Residential Aged Care (Morrie Evans Wing)

The Opportunity

The team here at Benalla Health are seeking suitable qualified Enrolled Nurses to join our caring team at the Morrie Evans Wing which is a 30-bed residential care facility at Benalla Health. Positions are available on a 6 Month Fixed Term basis (0.6 EFT).

As part of the role, you will;

• Provide high quality nursing care to patients and supervising specialist care delivered by other staff.
• Coordinate specialised aspects of care provided to patients on a daily basis.
• Counsel patients, provide health education - especially in relation to the speciality.
• Where appropriate, act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their opinions are heard and their rights are respected.
