ENT Medical Director / Otolaryngology Physician

Sayre, PA

500K+ 100K Signing Bonus + 15K in Relocation 

Looking for a MD/DO along with Board Certification and 5 years or more experience in ENT preferred. This individual will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential.
Experience developing junior staff/faculty.

Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT at Guthrie.
