Enterprise Business - Contract Management Support (Contract)

This role is a specialized function focused on overseeing the entire lifecycle of customer agreements, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and compliance. This role aims to maximize business benefits, minimize financial risks, and strengthen customer relationship.

Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and manage telecommunications contracts including service agreements, NDAs, MoUs, SOWs, and order forms for Enterprise customers.
• Contract Drafting & Review: Review contracts for completeness, commercial risk, technical scope and regulatory compliance prior to execution.
• Technical & Commercial Alignment: Ensure contract terms align with network rollout plans, service provisioning, SLAs, and approved commercial pricing models.
