• Analyse root causes of the partial ERP migration failure, including data integrity issues, process gaps, configuration errors, and technical misconfigurations.
• Develop, own, and maintain a comprehensive ERP product roadmap focused on stabilisation, remediation, and phased rollout.
• Act as the primary Epicor Subject Matter Expert , advising on system capabilities, configuration options, best practices, and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into Epicor functionality, user stories, epics, and enhancements that align with Epicor’s core architecture.
