Enterprise Risk Manager

A fast-growing financial services business is hiring an Enterprise Risk Manager to become the second hire into its risk function, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer.

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of enterprise risk management within a highly entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment. The role is broad, hands‑on, and highly visible, covering operational risk, controls, governance, policies, standards, RCSAs, committee governance, and enterprise‑wide risk frameworks.

The business is also investing heavily in AI‑enabled risk management. The successful candidate will inherit and continue developing an emerging AI‑supported ERM environment that already includes policy management, controls cycles, reporting workflows, and regulatory interpretation projects.

We are looking for someone with:

• 6–10 years’ experience in enterprise risk management and/or operational risk
• A broad financial services background
