Enterprise Transformation & Strategy Leader

Involved Solutions is seeking a Head of Transformation in Dubai to design and drive a comprehensive business transformation strategy across a large, diversified group. This senior position reports to the Group CEO and requires deep expertise in leading complex change programs.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing enterprise-wide transformations and be capable of influencing high-level stakeholders while ensuring the accountability of transformations across units.
