Responsibilities

• Interact and socialize with guests during their stay at the hostel, addressing all their needs and promoting teamwork and cooperation with them.
• Collaborate in the planning, organization, adaptation and evaluation of entertainment and educational activities and involve guests in them, according to their context and various needs.
• Create a weekly schedule with activities in all fields.
• Use innovation and creativity for the development of various activities and be active during these.
• Create a positive climate environment and improve the human and creative skills of the team.
• Act in conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Hotel and Tourism and/or Hostel.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• Positive open attitude for public relations and problem‑solving.
