Job Description

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire for an entry level banking role, for their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area.
Please note the following:
This is a back office role (processing/data entry) and NOT a branch or customer service role
This role is currently hybrid (4x a week in office) however eventually may transition into the office more frequently (as per banks discretion)
This is an entry level role - so the job duties and the pay rate will reflect accordingly.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Reach out to branches to obtain missing documentation
Update and maintain customer account information
Review accounts and document findings in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Communicate with branch compliance officers to verify information
