Job Description

Entry Level Technician needed for our client with accounts primarily in the Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding marketplace. Ideal candidate will be self motivated and have a high level of customer service for the role. Our client is open to candidates interested in getting into the industry as well as candidates with industry experience. Company car is provided, so a clean driving record is required.
Purpose:
Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintains parts and supplies inventory.

Maintains customers’ operations by maintaining equipment performance; providing training.

Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.
