Environment Artist (Unreal Engine)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Unreal Engine Designer to join us on a full time on site basis. If you live and breathe real time environments and love pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on custom virtual set environments in Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure environments align with the overall visual direction
• Optimise assets and environments for real‑time performance
• Optimise scenes for performance‑constrained hardware, balancing cinematic quality with technical limitations such as texture resolution, draw calls, and asset complexity to ensure environments run efficiently on cloud‑based machines
