Responsible for development and implementation of processes required to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Support implementation and compliance in support of nuclear power stations of air and water discharge permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure, Waste Management (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, universal, etc.), Toxic Substances Control Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Green House Gas, Tier II. Provide general environmental regulatory compliance in support of nuclear power stations, including participation in conducting of regulatory compliance audits and delivery of compliance training to target audiences.Become certified operator for Water and Wastewater treatment.
