Job Overview

Location: Bromley – Ashgrove Road – covering South London, Croydon and surrounding areas.

Salary: £29,903 – £32,926 per annum.

Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible options considered.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep clean operations and bulk collections across the estate.
• Drive a 3.5‑ton bulk truck or panel van and trailer to transport materials and people as required.
• Manage work schedules and maintain accurate activity records.
• Use a variety of tools to carry out cleaning tasks and monitor estate activity.
• Demonstrate good customer care skills and communicate effectively with staff, residents and community members.
• Work independently, proactively plan day‑to‑day activities and adhere to safe working practices.
• Optionally provide occasional travel to other sites.
