Job Overview

We are seeking an Environmental Caretaker to join the Estate Services Team. The role involves working from the Ashgrove Road office in Bromley and covering South London, Croydon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep clean operations and bulk collections.
• Share driving responsibilities of a 3.5‑ton bulk truck or a panel van and trailer when needed.
• Learn and follow schedules and daily routes.
• Manage work schedules and maintain records.
• Use a range of tools, carry out cleaning tasks and monitor estate activity.
