Environmental Control Officer (ECO)

Responsibilities Monitor and enforce compliance with the latest environmental regulations on construction sites Develop and implement Site Environmental Control Measures to mitigate environmental risks Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities Propose practical action to eliminate any foresee able ill-health, prevention of pollution at workplace Coordinate and communicate with government authorities, clients, and external providers on environmental control matters To provide monthly report on ECO system operation and performance Continuous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards Requirements Registered ECO (NEA) At least 5 years of relevant working experience knowledge of all relevant environmental policies, legislations, and guidelines, independent, with strong discipline and accountability.
