Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you will serve as the organization’s champion for safety culture and environmental stewardship. Operating within Broomfield, Colorado, this role carries expanded regulatory obligations under Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) frameworks, OSHA federal standards, and applicable NFPA codes. Your responsibilities span risk assessment, regulatory compliance, sustainability, water waste monitoring and reporting, fire and combustible dust hazard analysis at dust collection points, and integrated pest management oversight.

This role is highly integrated with daily manufacturing operations, supporting environments that include personal care, food, and dietary supplement production under one roof.
