Environmental Services Operations Manager

Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager 2 for a healthcare account in Tallahassee, FL . Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a 750‑bed hospital group with a large Main Campus and 24 outlying buildings, approximately 2.5 million square feet. This position will manage a team of housekeepers on the evening shift (approximately 2 PM–12 AMish) and work weekends as needed and holidays, and report to the General Manager.

What You’ll Do
Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores.
Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infection Control department.
Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director.
Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
