Responsibilities
- Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero incidents to meet Service Provider KPI.
- Attend and manage any complaint and breakdown related to the system. Follow up with action for containment, preventive and corrective measures and prepare a full incident report to Client.
- Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventive / correction maintenance program and projects & compliance with various regulatory procedures.
- Analyze data collection and establish trending to monitor any abnormality.
- Establish SOPs for operation and maintenance activities to ensure zero ITP and safety incidents.
- Responsible for system documentation e.g. drawings / specifications, and be the person in charge during new system/equipment handover.
