Epitaxy Equipment Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of MOCVD reactors and other associated support tools such as abatement and furnace oven in the manufacturing epitaxy fab/fabrication.
• Performing machine schedule maintenance activities in clean room and sub facility with closure SAP PM timely without any safety and quality issue.
• Sustain the running of the equipment, daily monitoring of all machine & process parameters and addressing line operation issues, ensure the uptime of the equipment with established and implement preventive maintenance.
