Responsibilities Continued, Summary Statement: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the installation Equal Opportunity (EO) Manager. The position is principal advisor to the Delegated Appointing Authority Commander on EO and conflict resolution matters. The incumbent is authorized to make technical and executive decisions for the Installation/Center Commander (Director) in all areas of functional responsibility, represent the Commander at meetings, conferences, official functions, and community events as pertains to EO, or regarding general conflict resolution matters. This position affects all military and civilian personnel under the authority of the Commander.
