We are seeking a skilled and proactive Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The technician will work closely with engineers and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth production readiness.
