Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To lead the equipment and maintenance team in daily activities to meet equipment downtime and utilization goals.
- Responsible for all tools and equipment for the health of production.
- To ensure that the maintenance expenditure, tech overtimes and tech skillset development are above expectation.
- Identify, lead and implement equipment improvement activities.
- Perform scheduling and ensure sufficient resources management to support new equipment set‑up, buy‑off and qualification when line expansion.
- Managed and identify spare parts purchase based on needs and requirements.
- Team up with cross functional together with production, QA, planner and engineering team whenever crisis.
- Technical mentor to the line maintenance techs and engineers.
- Liaise with equipment vendors to improve tool capability.
