Job Description
Dyson Singapore is currently looking for an Equipment Technician to be based in our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing facility located in Pioneer to support our automated manufacturing lines.
Accountabilities- Minimize equipment downtime and ensure production meets target output and yield.
- Execute effective preventive maintenance and production line support.
- Provide first level trouble shooting and resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues.
- Document and report all line stoppages due to equipment or technical issue.
- Perform process control checks where applicable.
- Provide technical support to production operation in meeting output and quality.
- Participate in line set-up activities.
- Ensure workstations are in excellent 5S housekeeping condition.
- Work with engineers and production in continuous improvement projects.
