Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, disciplined and proactive Stock Controller to join our dynamic dealership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management, deal processing, and compliance within the dealership. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage vehicle stock (new and used vehicles). Ensure all deal files are complete, accurate, and properly filed with supporting documentation. Invoice all vehicle deals strictly according to approved deal files. Work closely with the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal to monitor stock levels, stock holding, and ageing reports. Prepare and post month-end journals. Assist with floorplan audits and ensure compliance with floorplan requirements. Request, track and control all NATIS documentation for vehicles. Regulate and monitor vehicle orders in line with approved allocations. Assist the New Vehicle Manager with vehicle buy-outs and ordering processes....
