About the Role
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced closer with REO (Real Estate Owned) experience to manage the closing process for bank-owned properties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in title and escrow, understands the complexities of REO transactions, and can efficiently coordinate with lenders, asset managers, and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing documents for REO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with banks, asset managers, title companies, and real estate agents to facilitate timely closings
- Clear title issues, resolve liens, and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Manage escrow accounts, process disbursements, and verify funding details
