Job Description

The Role:
The ESG Reporting & Performance Manager plays a key role in advancing ICL’s global ESG strategy. The role combines financial rigor, data analysis, and strong reporting capabilities, with a particular focus on ESG disclosures, regulatory readiness, and sustainable finance frameworks. The analyst will support the development of high-quality ESG reports, ensuring alignment between data, narrative, and regulatory requirements, while working closely with the Global ESG Director and cross-functional stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
Lead and support global ESG reporting processes, including ESG reports, CSRD, 20-F and 6-K filings, with strong involvement in content drafting and narrative development

Actively participate in writing and structuring ESG disclosures and environmental sections in corporate reports

Manage environmental data processes (GHG, energy, water, waste) ensuring data quality and audit readiness
