ESG & Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a motivated sustainability professional to join our Sustainable Investment team in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Support market intelligence e.g., with research/analysis on investor requirements and industry trends to support the implementation of company’ sustainability strategy
• Support in maintaining a best-in‑class Sustainability framework, with a focus on data management, risk management and coordination
• Support on internal and external reporting, including data collection and digitalisation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the global investment team and portfolio companies to support the continuous integration, development and enhancement of sustainability methodologies, tools and systems
• Act as a future technology and AI champion for the team, helping to identify and implement digital solutions that improve sustainability data management, reporting, analytics and workflow efficiency
