We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ESH Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive environment, safety, and health programs that ensure compliance with local and international regulations. You will play a critical role in protecting our workforce and minimizing organizational risk through proactive hazard identification, incident investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with Thai labor laws and international standards and Continental Tire Corporate requirements.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
