Specialist is responsible for deploying and executing Business System in Mexico through its relevant subsystems of its four pillars (Plan, Process, Performance, People), ensuring disciplined execution, measurable business impact and sustained adoption.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in regional CBS reviews, routines and communities of practice.Provide feedback to the Hub on adoption, usability and improvement opportunities while being a local SME on CBS.Build, prioritize and manage a local CI&T portfolio aligned with SDP objectives and business priorities dictated by the MD.Track and close the performance management loop (problem → action → result).
