Job Description
Responsibilities Registration of products for import and export Fill out packing lists and classification documents.
Ensuring compliance with the correct foreign trade laws and regulations, IMMEX program, PROSEC, USMCA.
Inventory management, Annex 24 and Annex 31.
Knowledge of Annex 22.
Continued support and communication with TECMA and customs agency for any requests they may have regarding classifications and/or reviews.
Occasional physical inspections at the Miramar warehouse to confirm data and streamline processes or if it is necessary in TECMA warehouse.
Monitoring of import and export shipments.
Analysis to avoid extraordinary costs and delays, as well as proposing improvements.
Validation of documents for import and export.
Support the production area for loading and unloading merchandise.
Requesting quotes and purchase orders from suppliers and the accounting department.
Managing incidents and discrepancies in balances.
