Estate Manager (Housing Management)

To engage with and care for our residents by delivering excellent housing management services to meet diverse housing needs and achieve national social objectives.

• Your responsibilities as an Estate Manager include the review and/or administration of public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living; administration of mortgage financing matters; and the management of lease matters such as transfer of flat ownership, renting out of flat and monetisation options.
• You may be involved in the allocation and management of rental flats and car parks; provide guidance and assistance to flat owners and tenants on the maintenance of their flats.
• You are also expected to engage HDB residents & work in partnership with other agencies/stakeholders to deliver estate renewal programmes (such as Home Improvement Programme) and co-create solutions & resolve housing management issues.
