This Estimating Team Manager will serve as a member of the Claims Force team (formerly known as Quality Assurance). The primary responsibility of the Estimating Team Manager is to lead a team of estimators in performance management, SMART goal creation, and team meetings that involve collaboration with other departments within the franchisor, designed to strategically position Paul Davis at the top of each carrier’s scorecard.
