Job Brief
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in quantity take‑offs (BOQ) and rate analysis for structural and non‑structural metal works. The role will focus on aluminium and general metal fabrication projects, ensuring accurate and competitive cost estimates. Candidates with experience as Quantity Surveyors within the metal or aluminium industry are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work for structural and non‑structural metal projects.
- Prepare detailed BOQs with accurate quantity take‑offs (mandatory requirement).
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and subcontract works with a strong understanding of market pricing.
