Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support operations in the Southern Region. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for both public and private infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Review plans, specifications, soils reports, and site conditions to define project scopeAttend pre-bid meetings and coordinate bid requirementsPerform quantity takeoffs and develop complete cost estimatesManage pre-bid RFIs and track responsesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsSupport DBE compliance and good faith effort documentationAnalyze project risks and contract requirementsMaintain organized estimating files and historical cost dataAssist with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement planningSupport project handoff to opera...
