Heavy Construction Estimator – Cherry Hill, NJ

A well-established civil contractor in the Cherry Hill, NJ area is looking to hire an experienced Heavy Construction Estimator to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure work. This firm specializes in highway construction, site development, and large-scale heavy infrastructure projects throughout the region.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for public and private heavy civil projects

Analyze plans, specs, and bid documents for highways, utilities, and site work

Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate pricing for labor, materials, and equipment

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids

Work closely with project managers and operations teams during preconstruction

Assist with bid strategy, value engineering, and proposal development
